This week, we introduce <strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong> for U.S. expats&nbsp;and&nbsp;foreign nationals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-large-font-size\">No Income Mortgage Loans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You&nbsp;can&nbsp;now&nbsp;qualify to purchase or refinance a U.S. property even if you are not a U.S. citizen, do not&nbsp;possess&nbsp;a valid U.S. visa, or&nbsp;lack&nbsp;income documentation (self-employed entrepreneurs). Yup,&nbsp;you guessed it,&nbsp;this is&nbsp;all&nbsp;possible&nbsp;with the&nbsp;<strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While most banks and lenders request your tax returns, no-income verification mortgages rather consider different factors like assets, home equity, and general cash flow. This makes it even easier for self-employed entrepreneurs or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americamortgages.com\/us-mortgage-for-non-residents\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.americamortgages.com\/us-mortgage-for-non-residents\/\">non-U.S. residents<\/a> who have numerous write-offs on foreign tax returns to get a home loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Details of&nbsp;<strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No income verification is needed.<\/li><li>No age limitations or restrictions.<\/li><li>No U.S. credit is required.<\/li><li>No USA visa or residency is required.<\/li><li>No reserves are required.<\/li><li>No Life insurance is required.<\/li><li>No pre-payment or redemption penalty.<\/li><li>No tax returns are required.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sounds too good to be true?<strong> With AM No Income Required +<\/strong>, it is definitely feasible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong> program allows foreign nationals, non-U.S. residents, and U.S. expats to make a 25% down payment and finance up to 75% of the property value without requiring income verification. The majority of banks and lenders still require a 60% down payment for foreign national mortgage loans, but with <strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong> you can arrange financing with just 25% down payment, with no income verification and with exceptional rates including interest only programs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>AM No Income Required +<\/strong> loan program is available as a 30 year fixed-rate and as adjustable-rate mortgages. Adjustable rates are offered at 3\/1, 5\/1, 7\/1 terms for 15 or 30 year fully amortized loans.
