More importantly, limited financing is available for non-resident foreign nationals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a property investor, why would you pay more and get less?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is what makes investing in U.S. real estate so appealing for investors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Low-cost entry point<\/li><li>Positive cash flow<\/li><li>Capital appreciation<\/li><li>Strong USD<\/li><li>Up to 75% financing based on rental income only, not personal financials<\/li><li>Tax benefits from owning via LLC<\/li><li>Lack of supply of housing causing rents and prices to increase<\/li><li>Remote property management<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The 1% Rule!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fact, the U.S. is one of the few (maybe only) major real estate markets where you can find rental properties that fit the 1% rule!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is, a property whose rental income is at least 1% of the purchase price.
