For self-employed clients, showing the ability to repay the debt can be challenging. Although the tax returns may not reflect her ability to repay the loan, her cash-flow is significant. We were able to find her a loan that did not require any tax returns and went strictly off the cash-flow (rental amount) from the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
