His current mortgage was 3.45% on a 30-year fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He came to us informing that he was denied a mortgage from his hometown bank in Virginia \u2013 with whom he has an existing mortgage with.
